Our Story

Convenience that feels considered.

We build fully managed micro-markets for the spaces where people work, live, and recover — because the places where people spend their time deserve something that was actually designed for them.

How It Started

Why should convenience
mean compromising quality?

That question stuck with me. As a health-conscious entrepreneur and parent, I kept noticing how little care went into the spaces where people actually spend their time — break rooms stocked with whatever was cheapest, common areas furnished with options nobody wanted, clinic waiting rooms with nothing worth reaching for.

"The spaces where people rest, recover, and recharge deserve more than an afterthought."

Kindred Provisions was built to fix that. With a fully managed micro-market — curated products, thoughtful design, and zero burden on the property or facility team. We handle everything from initial layout through daily operations. You get an amenity that actually reflects your space.

We started in Central Ohio because we know this market, these communities, and these spaces. Every location we operate is one we've personally vetted, designed, and continue to manage — not handed off to a third party.

What We Stand For

Principles in practice.

These standards shape how we design markets, choose products,
and operate day to day.

Care Is the Standard

Every product decision, layout choice, and service interaction is held to the standard we'd want for our own family.

People First. Always.

We build for the people who actually use the space — not an average profile.

Designed for your Space

Clean, functional design that feels intentional in the environment. Designed to be an amenity, not an afterthought.

Grow with Intention

We expand deliberately — only when new locations and partners meet the standard.

Curated, Not Automated

Systems help. People decide. Every market is curated for the community it serves.

From the Founder

Built for operators who already have enough on their plate.

If you manage an apartment community, clinic, office, or employee break room, you already have enough to manage. The last thing you need is a food and beverage vendor that creates more problems than it solves.

That is exactly why Kindred is built the way it is. We handle the equipment, layout, stocking, maintenance, technology, and support. You get a premium amenity without any of the burden.

I built Kindred because I believe the spaces where people spend their time deserve better. Better products, better design, better service. And I think property managers and facility teams deserve a vendor who actually shows up.

If that sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love to walk you through what it looks like for your specific space — no pressure, no sales pitch. Just a conversation.

How We Work

Fully managed.
Start to finish.

Three things that define how we operate and what you can expect from us as a partner.

01

We own the whole operation

Equipment, stocking, maintenance, and technology are all ours to manage. No subcontractors, no handoffs, no excuses. If something needs fixing, we fix it — and you don't need to track it down.

02

We tailor every location

There's no one-size-fits-all market. We study each site — traffic patterns, space constraints, resident or employee demographics — and design the product mix and layout accordingly.

03

We stay accountable

Camera-assisted checkout, transaction logs, and regular restocking reports mean you always know what's happening in your market. Transparency isn't optional — it's how we operate.
